And for sure, real homemade shawarma is great and all, but my other favorite thing to grill is about 100x easier:
Cut lamb into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and marinate in a little pomegranate molasses. Skewer, throw them on the grill, and brush with more pomegranate molasses as they sear.
