HOW I MADE 🤷♀️
Heat a oil in a pan, add the onion-paste and stir for a minute with the heat on high.
Turn the heat to low, Add the ginger and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes on a low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the turmeric, coriander and Red chilli powder and fry gently for a minute with dash of water.
Add the tomato purée.
Add little kitchen king masala & some Kasoori methi.
Add little water to make it saucy.
Bring to the boil and simmer, stirring occasionally.Season with salt.
Let’s Make Some dried masala for special punch... take a pan & dry roast Whole coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds , whole black pepper , few cloves & whole red chilly then let it cool.
Now Coarsely grind this in mixer.
Add half of this masala in gravy & half add in paneer , bell peppers, onion pieces, while shallow frying.
Now Add some shallow fried paneer cubes along with onion & bell pepper in to the gravy.( don’t over fry the Paneer).
Sauté for some time.
Add coriander leaves & little bit garam masala.
Tadaaaaa... ready to serve!
( you can add Little bit of sugar to adjust sourness)
