For a simple little lunch on the go, we sliced red cabbage as the base, green onions, quinoa, feta, tofu, cucumbers, carrots & bell peppers. Sprinkle in one of your favorite blends, some vinegar or lemon juice, a bit of oil and you’re good to go.
We use #himalayansalt in our blends, but you may want to sprinkle a bit more salt into each jar to bring out the flavors. The vinegar and lemon juice will also tenderize the cabbage.
You can make several jars at a time, seal them well and take them out as need be. We like using the #spanishsage and #mediterraneanmermaid jointly or on their own. All of our blends combine well together so you can create your own favorite combinations. #giveitashake
