Week 3 here we go! I feel I’m getting the rhythm of things. Week 1 was an adjustment for sure. Writing down what I wanted to accomplish both at work and at home helped me a lot. Putting in a list things like working out, doing laundry, meal planning, blocking work time, meetings, even FaceTime calls with family and friends, got me moving and my head distracted from the situation. It’s not easy, but changing the perspective to “I’m safe at home” rather than “I’m locked down at home” does a lot to your brain. Don’t forget to take care of yourself. Baby sit you. If you need time off take it. It’s ok to not have it together right now. No one has it.
