Pasta with butternut squash sauce by @walderwellness 🧡 .
To make: blend 1 cup raw cashews, 1/2 cup water, 1 can puréed butternut squash (so much faster than roasting!), 1/2 cup nutritional yeast, garlic, thyme, salt + a sprinkle of cinnamon in a high-speed blender (adjust spices to taste). Add to cooked pasta, and top with extra veggies if desired (I added broccoli). Use leftover sauce for dips + such. #bestofvegan
