Today was my first day following the workout plan and let me tell you.. it kicked my butt! Besides, I was done in roughly an hour (could have been shorter if I was without Koa 👶). This is just what I needed at this busy time in my life. Aside my busy schedule, I strive to maintain a healthy lifestyle. That said... I need quick and effective workouts like these! ..
